- This is a Design/Bid/Build Request for Proposal for the Taxiway C East Replacement at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. Project will include replacement of an existing section that is approximately 1,555 feet long by 75 feet wide and 15 inches thick portland cement concrete. The project will also include storm water improvements, marking of airfield pavements, airfield access gate upgrade, airfield lighting relocations and upgrades, airfield lighting control upgrade and installation of two new permanent high-accuracy survey monuments. This Project is located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, OH. The Estimated Cost Range is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. This is a single phase procurement following the Tradeoff (Best Value) approach. The Technical information contained in the Offeror's proposal will be reviewed, evaluated, and rated by the Government. The proposal for this procurement, at a minimum, will consist of the following: Past Performance, Management Plan, and Price and Pro Forma Requirements. All evaluation factors, other than cost or price, when combined, are equal to cost or price. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside competitive procurement. Size Limitation is $36.5 Million. The solicitation will be available by download from the internet only. NAICS is 237310. Contract duration is 170 calendar days. Approximate issue date is February 18, 2015 and approximate closing date is March 19, 2015. The official closing date and time will be included in the solicitation. An Optional Site Visit is planned for the project. Details regarding the Optional Site Visit, including official date and time, will be included in the solicitation - Section 00100.
