- The Air Force Installation Contract Agency (AFICA) Fire Emergency Services (FES) Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) team intends to re-solicit for FES PPE commodities and services acquisition (RFP# FA8056-14-R-0004, original solicitation posted 14 November 2014). The AFICA FES PPE team will host capabilities sessions for the FES PPE program from 3 March through 5 March 2015. An additional date may be added, if needed. A number of questions have been raised by industry regarding RFP# FA8056-14-R-0004. The FES PPE team would like to speak with industry in order to answer questions and gather additional market research. In order to facilitate this task, AFICA is offering FES-PPE manufacturers and dealers/distributors the opportunity to hold an in-person capabilities session with the FES PPE team. The sessions will be limited to 1 hour 45 minutes. An agenda will follow. The following dates and times are available. Time slots will be filled on a first come first served basis.
