Description: The requirement is for a self-sustaining U.S. or foreign flag non-cellular, container vessel to carry a minimum of 593 TEUs of ammunition with various classes (1.1 - 1.2.3J). The vessel must have a laden draft not to exceed 8 meters, or 26.25 feet. The vessel must not exceed a maximum overall length of 182.88 meters, or 600 feet. 17. The place/range of delivery is at the Military Ocean Terminal, Sunny Point, North Carolina and the place/range of redelivery is Mesaieed, Qatar. The laydays commence and cancel 10 March 2015. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. 18. Set-aside Status: N/A 19. The decision to release this solicitation on an "Unrestricted" is based on responses received from a recent, similar contract award and market knowledge. MSC's Small Business Advisor concurs with this assessment.
