- R15PS00351 SCA Wage Determinations PWS The Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement for a contractor to provide and install an optical wireless network connection infrastructure between two Government-owned buildings that are approximately 0.67 linear miles apart. (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This requirement is being issued as solicitation no. R15PS00351. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular number 2005-78. (iv) This requirement is a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is: 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors. The small business size standard for NAICS Code 238210 is $15.0 million. (v) Contract Line Item Numbers: Line item 00010: Optical Wireless Network Connection, Quantity: 1, Unit: Lump Sum (vi) Description of requirement: Provide and install an optical wireless network connection, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. A more detailed description of the required work is attached to the Combined Synopsis. (ix) FAR Provision 52.212-2 is not applicable to this RFQ. Determination of award will be based on the lowest priced, responsive quote from a responsible offeror. (vii) Estimated performance period: 03/16/2015 ¿ 04/30/2015 (Offeror ¿s are allowed to propose shorter or longer performance periods in their quotes). Performance location: Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Region Building Complex (Building Groups 1 and 2), Boulder City, NV 89005. The following clauses and provisions are applicable to this commercial item acquisition: (viii) FAR provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items (ix) Since FAR provision 52.212-2, Evaluations, is not applicable to this acquisition, determination of award will be based on the lowest priced, responsive quote from a responsible offeror. (x) FAR provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items - Offerors shall include in their offer, a completed copy of the provision 52.212-3, or indicate completion of this requirement in their System for Award Management registration. Offerors may complete the annual representation and certification online at www.sam.gov.
