- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number W9127S 15 T 0027 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005 47. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Title: IDIQ, Solid Waste Removal, Mountain Home Project Office, Due Date for Quotes: 2 March 2015 1:00 PM CDT This is an unrestricted competition; all responsible vendors may submit a quote. The NAICS code is 562111. This is a requirement to provide solid waste removal services within the responsibility area of the Mountain Home Project Office. The period of performance is 2 March, 2015 or date of award through February 28, 2016 for the base year, 1 March, 2016 through February 28, 2017 for option year one, 1 March, 2017 through February 28, 2018 for option year two, 1 March, 2018 through February 28 for option year three, and 2019, 1 March, 2019 through February 28, 2020 for option year four.
