- This synopsis is for Code Review services for the USFS Forest Service Region 6. Work will include Preliminary Plan and/or Construction Documents Plans review for code conformance, code consulting services, and inspection services for existing facilities under construction for conformance with applicable codes. The services will be categorized under the following NAICS code: 541330 - Engineering Services with a size standard of $15.0 Million. Region 6 Contracting Area North anticipates advertising for the aforementioned services in the very near future. This will be issued as a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) resulting in a single or multiple award(s). Contracts will be solicited as a set aside for small business. The BPA will run perpetually with an annual review process for renewal or changes in accordance with FAR 13.303-6. Work is estimated to commence under the new BPA starting in August 2015.
