- Attachment #2 AGAR 104a Attachment #3 Monticello Ranger District floor plans Attachment #1 Wage Determination No.: 2005-2532 Revision No. 14 dated 06/19/2013 S150008 Monticello RD Janitorial Solicitation The project will consist of janitorial services for the Monticello Ranger District on the Manti-LaSal National Forest. This is a government building with approximately 3,000 square feet of office and storage space on two levels and outside areas consisting of sidewalks, walkways, lawn and rock garden. This solicitation is set-aside for Small Business with a price range between $25,000 - $150,000. All prospective awardees shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award www.sam.gov. No formal site visit has been scheduled, please contact Melinda Schmidt @ 435.636.3375 to inspect site. This requirement is being procured as a fixed price Simplified Acquisition.
