- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD), Philadelphia intends to negotiate on a limited sources basis with BAE Systems and Curtiss-Wright EPD for the refurbishment and delivery of two (2) MK17 Turbine Pump Ejection System (TPES) assemblies. A Firm Fixed Price type contract is anticipated. The Government will not pay for any information received. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541330. The authority permitting other than full and open competition is Title 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement or submitting a proposal. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received prior to the closing date will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
