- Wage Determination Youth Sports Official Youth Sports Official Performance Work Statement Youth Sports Official QASP Youth Sports Official Request for Quotations Request for Quotations Youth Sports Official Services JBSA - Fort Sam Houston, Texas 78234 The 502 nd Contracting Squadron, 2250 Engineer Street, Ste# 1, San Antonio, Texas 78234-7740, is issuing a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and FAR Subpart 13.5. This requirement is being solicited as 100% Small Business Set-Aside on FedBizOps. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 611620, Sports and Recreation Instruction; with a size standard of $7.5M. This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-78, effective 26 Dec 2014. The Government's requirement under this Request for Quote (RFQ) is for non-personal services for Youth Sports Officials. The attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines the work to be performed at Joint Base San Antonio. A Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) shall be established with contractors who can provide the service that represents the best value to the Government. See FAR 13.303--Blanket Purchase Agreements. The Government intends to establish a multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreement. The duration of the agreement will be for five consecutive years in support of the 502 nd Force Support Squadron, Military and Family Readiness Flight for Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA). Extent of Obligation: The U.S Government is obligated only to the extent of authorized purchases actually made under the proposed BPA. Performance Period: 30 January 2015 - 29 January 2020 BPA Call Limitations: $25,000.00 BPA Master Limit: $ 200,000.00 over Five Years
