- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Fort McCoy, WI is conducting market research in order to determine the availability and capability of companies to provide refuse and recycling services at 7 locations in Minnesota: MN001, 4655 N Lexington Avenue, Arden Hills, MN 55126-5862 MN005, 1101 3rd Street, Buffalo, MN 55313-2310 MN018, 1550 Pohl Road, Mankato, MN 56001 MN035 AMSA #101, 212 20th Street, St. Joseph, MN 56374-4401 MN035, 110 20th Avenue SE, St. Joseph, MN 56374 MN036, Building 506 Roeder Circle, Fort Snelling, MN 55111-4009 MN042, 100 Highway 60, Wabasha, MN 55981-1374 This is a Sources Sought Notification and is for market research purposes only. The purpose of this notification is to locate experienced refuse and recycling services businesses capable of and interested in providing these services at the above locations in Minnesota. The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform refuse and recycling services at 7 locations in Minnesota. The contractor shall collect all refuse and recycling from contractor supplied dumpsters/containers at the various locations on a weekly basis. Responses to this Sources Sought announcement must be received no later than January 28, 2015 at 12:00 PM noon CST. Responses should be emailed to Eve Day at eve.k.day.civ@mail.mil. Responses should include the following information: 1. Reference Sources Sought Number 2. Size of business and socio-economic status 3. Statement of Capability stating your skills, experience, and knowledge required to perform the specified type of work.
