- Sole Source J&A The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to Sole Source to Dr. Pearson G lang, M.D. am Expert Dermatopathologist. Dr. Pearon Lang will be evaluating medical files and historical slides for a Healthcare Fraud case. Dr. Lang will be responsible for reviewing patien files and histological slides. Dr. Lang will be responsible for narrowing this list down to an accectable sampling of files and associated slides. A second doctor will be used for a second opinion. It is anticipated that Dr. Lang will testify at the trial about his findings and his experience. Dr. Pearon Lang M.dD. is a national-renown Dermatopathologist and Mohs surgeon. Per FAR 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All capability statements or quotes shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer David P. Yates by email. The email address is David.Yates@ic.fbi.gov.
