- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Georgia City: Columbus Delineated Area: North: 35 th Street, 17 th Street, Warm Springs Road South: 85/2 nd Street, Front Avenue West: 520, 280, Cusseta Road, Brown Avenue, Martin Luther King Blvd. East: Lawyers Lane, Tate Drive, Hilton Avenue Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,850 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,128 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 10 Parking Spaces (Surface): 10 Parking Spaces (Structured): None Parking Spaces (Reserved): None Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: 5 years Additional Requirements: Space on or below the second floor is required. First floor location is preferred Building shall not be accessible by general public after normal business hours. Main entrance door shall have an automatic door opener. At least one unisex ABAAS bathroom shall be located on the floor being proposed for lease. If the leased space is not on the ground floor, there shall be at least one ABAAS unisex bathroom on the ground floor in addition to the required ABAAS bathroom on the floor of occupancy. Bathroom entrance doors in either location shall have automatic door openers. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
