- NOTICE OF INTENT Martin Army Community Hospital, Fort Benning, GA, have a requirement for Software License Fee (RX Inspection Software. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for this requirement to Pharmacy OneSource Inc, 3535 Factoria Blvd,, Ste 440, Bellvue, WA, 98006. The anticipated period of performance is 12 Mar 15 - 11 Mar 16 with four option years thru 11 Mar 2020. This is not a request for proposal. However, interested parties can provide information on their company capabilities. This information will be reviewed by Government representatives for consideration in future requirements.
