- J&A for Professional Maintenance Service for the TRANSAS TX-97 Chart Cards. The United States Coast Guard Navigation Center (USCG NAVCEN) has a requirement to update the TRANSAS Proprietary TX-97 Vector Electronic Chart Information and Display System (ECDIS). The TRANSAS TX-97 ECDIS Console is currently deployed on all 87' WPB's throughout the Coast Guard, along with selected 110 WPB's. Only the proprietary TRANSAS TX-97 Electronic Charts are compatible with this ECDIS. Please see attached Justification.
