- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The government intends to make four (4) awards resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. One award for each of the following areas: Ray Behrens quote mark C quote mark, Ray Behrens quote mark A quote mark, Indian Creek quote mark C quote mark, and Frank Russell for a total of four (4) awards. The solicitation number for this requirement is W912P9-15-Q-0008 and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76 dated 25 July 2014. This requirement is being solicited as 100% set aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 721211, RV (Recreational Vehicle) Parks and Camp Ground, with a Small Business Size Standard of $7.5 million. The basis of award will be Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable Offeror. When price and other factors are considered, price is more important. Additionally, offerors must quote on all items to be eligible for award. Example: If you are interested in the Ray Behrens quote mark C quote mark area, you must quote CLIN 0001 Base Year Ray Behrens quote mark C quote mark ; CLIN 1001 Option Year 1 Ray Behrens quote mark C quote mark and CLIN 2001 Option Year 2 Ray Behrens quote mark C quote mark. If you are interested in two areas, Ray Behrens quote mark C quote mark and Frank Russell, you must submit your quote for both areas. PLEASE ENSURE YOU COMPLETE THE ATTACHED BID PACKET. PLEASE NOTE: IN ACCORDANCE WITH EXECUTIVE ORDER (EO) 13685, AS SPECIFIED IN FAR 52.222-99 MINIMUM HOURLY WAGE MUST BE AT LEAST $10.10 PER HOUR: 52.222-99 Establishing a minimum wage for Contractors (EO 13658). Policy. This order seeks to increase efficiency and cost savings in the work performed by parties who contract with the Federal Government by increasing to $10.10 the hourly minimum wage paid by those contractors. Raising the pay of low-wage workers increases their morale and the productivity and quality of their work, lowers turnover and its accompanying costs, and reduces supervisory costs. These savings and quality improvements will lead to improved economy and efficiency in Government procurement. The following provisions apply to this RFQ: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial and FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items. Note: 52.212-3 shall be completed in the offerors System for Award Management (SAM) record. All interested parties MUST be registered in SAM in order to receive a contract award.
