This Project is a Design-Build (DB) Construction Project and shall be solicited IAW FAR 36.3 Two-Phase Design-Build The selected offeror shall furnish all Labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform the project described in this solicitation. Proposals and subsequent performance shall be in strict accordance with the terms and conditions specified herein. This Solicitation is Phase 2 of a 2 phase design-build construction solicitation. Only Proposals from Offerors that have provided a phase 1 proposal and have qualified to provide a phase 2 proposal shall be accepted. NAICS Code: 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors Size Standard: $15 Million This solicitation is set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses under the authority of 38 USC 8127 NOTICE: THIS IS A SERVICE-DISABLED, VETERAN-OWNED, SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. PROSPECTIVE CONTRACTORS ARE CAUTIONED THAT ANY BID OR PROPOSAL SUBMITTED IN RESPONSE TO THIS SOLICITATION MUST MEET THE CRITERIA IDENTIFIED BY 38 CFR, PART 74.
