- Western Area Power Administration, Upper Great Plains Region has a requirement for a contractor to provide all the labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and other resources necessary to complete this requirement. The work includes but is not limited to the application of chemicals by certified and licensed personnel for bare ground and limited growth vegetation at various substations, communication sites, and power system sites within the Upper Great Plains Region in North Dakota, Montana, South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, and Nebraska.. The solicitation is issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 561730; Size Standard is 7.5 Million.
