- RIFLE PARTS The Regional Contracting Office- National Capital Region, located at the Quantico, Virginia, has a requirement for Rifle Parts in support of Marine Barracks, Washington District of Columbia. Please see attached Request for Quote document. This requirement will be awarded on a Blanket Purchase Agreement for a base period of twelve months (2) and four additional ordering periods. Offerors proposing an equal product must provide specifications demonstrating how the product is equal. All equipment must be new. Used or refurbished equipment is not acceptable. Price quotes shall be emailed to josephine.smith@usmc.mil 28 January 2015 by 11:00 AM Eastern Time. Late quotes will not be considered. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in FAR Subpart 12.6. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. This requirement will be awarded as a 100% small business set aside, using NAICS code 339920 size standard of 500 employees. All interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management database (www.sam.gov). It is the responsibility of the interested parties to independently review the referenced web link (https://www.fbo.gov) frequently for updates to any and all documents.
