- ACC-NJ-WS has a requirement to provide Road Salt and combined Road Salt & Sand for Ft. Devens MA. Each product shall be provided on an on call basis with delivery within 2 hours of notification. Quotes are due by the date & time specified on the solicitation. Date posted on this site is for archival purposes only. All product shall be provided in a dry state with independent weight verification utilizing a certified scale. All products shall comply with Massachusetts Highway Department standard. Road Salt & Sand combination shall consist of 6 parts sand to 1 part Salt. It is anticipated this requirement will fulfilled utilizing a Firm Fixed Price contract under a 100% Small Business set aside. Official solicitation is expected to post on or about 23 Jan 2015.
