- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement is W912P9-15-Q-0011 and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-73 dated 29 April 2014.This requirement is being solicited as full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 115112, Soil Preparation, Planting, and Cultivating, with a Small Business Size Standard of $7.5M. The basis of award will be Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable Offeror. Additionally, offerors must quote on all items to be eligible for award. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation. The following is the list of items and descriptions requested under this RFQ: CLIN 0001 - Herbicide Base Year CLIN 1001 - Herbicide Option Year One (1) CLIN 2001 - Herbicide Option Year Two (2) See Attachment Scope of Work, Wage Rates The following provisions apply to this RFQ: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial and FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items. Note: 52.212-3 shall be completed in the offerors System for Award Management (SAM) record. All interested parties MUST be registered in SAM in order to receive a contract award. If you are not registered with SAM, you may contact the SAM Help Desk at 1-866-606-8220 or register on-line at http://www.sam.gov. The following clauses apply to this RFQ and resulting contract: FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, DFARS 252.203-7005 - Representation Relating to Compensation of Former DoD Officials, 252.204-7004 - Alternate A, System for Award Quotes are to be received electronically no later than 1000 hrs Central Time on 4 February 2015. (Your E-mail submission must be checked and determined to be quote mark virus-free quote mark prior to submission).
