Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs VISN 15 Contracting Office is seeking Small Business formal Quotes for the purchase of a VAVD (Vacuum Assisted Venous Drainage) Controller for Open Heart procedures. All responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for the acquisition. The requirement is for the ST. Louis, MO VA Medical Center Brand name or equal as listed below must meet or exceed the following characteristics as stated below: Minimal Technical Specifications 2 Vacuum Assisted Venous Drainage Controller plus WAGD suction flowmeter. Specifications: ? Cardiac Vacuum Assisted Venous Drainage & WAGD suction flowmeter or dual usage during open heart procedures. ? Intended for perfusionist to attach to a membrane oxygenator during open heart procedures. ? Indicated for precision control of vacuum assisted venous drainage that vent negative pressure > 95 mmHg and positive pressure >10 cm H2O. ? Vacuum Range 15-60 mmHg VAVD and WAGD 1-10 LPM ? Upper Vacuum: 15-60 mmHg and 1 to 10 LPM. ? Vents negative pressure > 95 mmHg & positive pressure > 10 cm H2O ? Gauge Accuracy 5% FSO ANSI Case B.
