- AMENDMENT 0005 ******AMENDMENT TO SYNOPSIS***** SYNOPSIS IS AMENDED TO ATTACH AMENDMENT 0005 OF THE SOLICITATON WHICH EXTENDS THE CLOSING DATE TO FEBRUARY 11, 2015, DELETE PURCHASE DESCRIPTION VIBB 12-11-1002 DTD SEPTEMBER 30, 2014 AND ADDS PURCHASE DESCRIPTION VIBB 12-11-1002 DTD DECEMBER 17, 2014. SEE ATTACHMENT. ******AMENDMENT TO SYNOPSIS***** SYNOPSIS IS AMENDED TO ATTACHED AMENDMENT TO THE SOLICITATION 0002 WHICH EXTENDED THE CLOS8ING DATE TO JUNE 23, 2014 AND REPLACED PURCHASE DESCRIPTION VIBB-12-11-1002 DTD 12/20/13 WITH PURCHASE DESCRIPTION VIBB-12-11-1002 DATED MAY 20, 2014. ALSO ATTACHED IS AMENDMENT 0003 EXTENDING THE CLOSING DATE TO JUNE 30, 2014. *****AMENDMENT TO SYNOPSIS**** SYNOPSIS is amended to attach the solicitation. ***** Opening date of solicitation is 4/9/14 and closing 5/15/14. SITE VISIT: APRIL 24, 2014. The DLA -Aviation-VICA, Industrial Plant Equipment Division, Richmond, VA, plans to procure one each, CNC Plasma/Oxyfuel Cutting System to include: removal of the old system, tooling, IUID Tags, training and on-site installation in accordance with the Purchase Description VIBB 12-11-1002 dated December 20, 2013. Solicitation is Unrestricted Full and Open competition. The estimated release date of the solicitation will be on or about March 25, 2014 with the anticipated closing date of April 17, 2014. The anticipated award will be made as a firm, fixed-price contract. The award shall be based on price, performance tradeoff, PPT. The requested performance is 250 days after receipt of order. FOB at Destination, inspection at origin and Final Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. A site visit will be conducted during the solicitation process. The date and time will be determined at a later date. This solicitation will include provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the Procurex system and review the Reverse Auction help tutorials at: https://dla.ProcureXinc.com (link is case sensitive) to learn more about how to participate in an auction.
