- Sources Sought Notice for Information Only: This Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought Notice is issued for informational and planning purposes only. This is not a Request for a Quote (RFQ). It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Letterkenny Army Depot is currently conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources. Negative replies are also sought. Letterkenny Army Depot is seeking potential sources of supply for a Digital Phosphor Oscilloscope. For the purposes of the RFI, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334515 - Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing Electricity and Electrical Signals. The small business size standard is 500 Employees. If your firm is capable of requirements described in this RFI, please provide a Capability Statement to Mr. Robert M. Washinko, Robert.m.washinko.civ@mail.mil, by 2:00 pm EST on 28 Jan 2015, POC phone number is 717-267-5562. Requirement is for Brand Name or Equal: P/N: DP02024B:80009, OSCILLOSCOPE, DIGITAL PHOSPHOR, QTY 4 That meet all of the attached Salient Characteristics.
