Lease Summary A. Statement of Requirements. The Government is seeking information on space meeting the following requirements: City, State: Detroit, MI Delineated Area: CBD of Detroit, Michigan Minimum Required Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 800 RSF Maximum Required Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 944 RSF Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 2 Spaces Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 2 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 5 Years (60 Months) Firm Term: 3 Years (36 Months) Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: At no additional cost to the Government: Install new carpet throughout offered space. Repaint offered space. Subleases will not be considered. Offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire, Safety and Handicapped Accessibility, and Sustainability set forth in the Solicitation for Offers. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Expressions of Interest must include the following information: § Building name and address and location of the available space within the building; § Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced; § ANSI/BOMA office area square feet (ABOAF) to be offered and expected rental rate per ABOAF, fully serviced. Indicate whether or not quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvement and state the amount, if any; § Date of space availability; § Method of rentable space measurement; § Building ownership information; § Amount of parking available on site and its cost. Include whether expected rental rates include the cost of the required Government parking, if any; § Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building; and § List of building services provided. B. Projected Dates. Offers Due: October 9, 2014 Occupancy (Estimated): November 20, 2014 AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: GSA is using a tenant broker to represent the Government in lease negotiations for this transaction. In no event shall a potential offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning a space to be leased with representatives of any federal agency other than the authorized officers and employees of the General Services Administration (GSA) or their authorized representative.
