- SOW RFI This request for information (RFI) is being issued to survey support in making functional and business decisions that will affect the recompete of electronic discovery and litigation support services for the SEC's Enforcement Division and other Offices and Divisions. The SEC is interested in companies with experience providing a wide range of electronic discovery and litigation support services,including: processing data through electronic document discovery (EDD), loading data into Recommind Axcelerate and Concordance systems, migrating data from Concordance to Recommind Axcelerate, creating electronic productions, performing IT Forensics collections and analysis, and a variety of other data conversion and transformation tasks. Responses are required by 3PM EST on January 28, 2015.
