- The Pacific Regional Contracting Office, Tripler Army Medical Center intends to award a sole source bridge contract to NSR Solutions, Inc. to provide per diem nursing services, to include Registered Nurses (Standard and Specialty), Licensed Practical Nurses (Standard and Specialty), Emergency Medical Technicians/Operating Room Technicians, Nurse Assistants, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists, and Advanced Practice Registered Nurses to the Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Honolulu, Hawaii. This requirement is for a period of performance from 01 April 2015 through 30 September 2015 (6 Month Base Only). It is not possible to solicit and award a new contract before the start date of 1 April 2015 without negatively affecting patient care at TAMC. As the incumbent, NSR Solutions Inc already has a proven network in place to meet the short suspense requirements for per diem nursing personnel. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Although this requirement will be sole-sourced, the follow-on (base and four option periods) contract is anticipated to be solicited within the next 3 or 4 months. The NAICS code of this procurement is 622110 and the size standard is $38.5 M.
