- F15PS00192 The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 3, Bloomington, MN intends to award two sole source firm fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreements under authority of FAR 6.302-1, Other than Full and Open Competition procedures and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition procedures to DLP Marquette Physician Practices, Inc., Marquette, MI. This requirement is to provide medical surveillance exams for sea lamprey control workers to monitor the health effects of exposure to the chemicals used in controlling sea lamprey populations in the Great Lakes. Medical Services will be provided to employees duty stationed at Marquette and Ludington, Michigan. DLP Marquette Physician Practices, Inc. has been providing medical services for the sea lamprey control program since its inception. Maintaining consistency with regards to reviewing and maintaining medical results for the program over time is an integral part of the sea lamprey medical program because early indications of chemical exposure must be identified so preventive measures can be taken. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 621399. The size standard is $7.5 Million. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however firms with expressed interest and capability are encouraged to respond. This notice is for informational purposes only. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
