- The installation has a requirement to renew Software Services for the Land Mobile Radios (LMR) on Fort Leonard Wood. The LMR software is the operating system that provides service to all non-tactical communications on the installation. The service includes annual licensing for the SUMS Watch software and maintennace. Harris Corporation is the manufacturer of the current LMR system. Requirement will be for a base plus three years.
