Description

PROJECT 640-14-119 DESCRIPTION: This construction project includes upgrade of existing refrigeration system serving 4th floor cold rooms E4-304F, E4-384, F4-120A, and F4-170 in Building 100 at the Veterans Affairs Palo Alto Healthcare System (VAPAHCS). The existing condensing unit will be upgraded and relocated with a new condensing unit to add system redundancy, with new associated controls. The existing evaporator units in each cold room will be replaced. All associated refrigeration piping serving the system will be replaced. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 90 DAYS MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION IS BETWEEN $250,000 AND $500,000 Bids are being requested and shall only be accepted from contractors who were awarded a Veterans Integrated Service Network 21 (VISN 21) Multiple-Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) from Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21).
