Simplex Proprietary MF Comm Replacement Mother Board; Part #: 746-146 and Simplex Proprietary 4009A CPU Board; Part #: 8742-346. Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Tyco SimplexGrinnell, 1578 Dividend Loop, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577-7349 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(iii), "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements." This requirement is for Simplex Proprietary MF Comm Replacement Mother Board; Part #: 746-146 and Simplex Proprietary 4009A CPU Board; Part #: 8742-346. This Notice of Intent is Not a Request for Competitive Quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses must be submitted within the closing date of the notice for consideration: TO BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 12:00 pm EST 23 JANUARY 2015 2015 IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.
