VA248-15-Q-0507 CONTRACTOR's REQUEST FOR INFORMATION 1.Is the VA also providing conduit with the wiring? Government's response: The VA is supplying the power conduit and F/A conduit. 2.Is the voltage 120v or 24v? Government's response: 120vac VA to provide. 3.What is the required length for the sensing probe on the smoke detector? Government's response: It's an addressable Aspiration system, the contractor to design and install. 4.What is the height of the duct from the floor where the sensors are to be installed? Government's response: Approximately 15' 5.Is there any restrictions/requirements regarding lift equipment such as scissor lifts/scaffolding being used in the facility i.e. equipment weight, space restrictions, etc? Government's response: No, just follow applicable OSHA guidelines for such equipment. 6.Is this a follow-on requirement, If so, could you please provide the incumbent contract number for this opportunity, If not, is this a new requirement? Government's response: New requirement. 7.Regarding the N--Install Addressable Aspiration Detectors in Orlando, FL. May I get a list of the attendees to the site visit that took place on 01/12/15? Government's response: Venergy Group, LLC and Dynafire
