- Notice of Intent to Solicit Using Other Than Full and Open Competition: Drug Enforcement Administration, 1085 Raymond Boulevard, Newark, NJ 07102 The General Services Administration (GSA) intends to procure space for the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) in Newark, New Jersey by negotiating a succeeding lease at the existing location at 1085 Raymond Boulevard of approximately 147 structured (reserved) parking spaces. The Government will consider alternative parking facilities, if economically advantageous. The Government will consider relocation costs, and replication of secuirty tenant improvements cost in determining whether alternative space would be economically advantageous.
