Description

The Buffalo VA Medical Center has a requirement for a service maintenance agreement for its GE PET/CT Discovery VCT (P#3V1) Diagnostic Imaging machine, located at VA Western New York Healthcare System (VA) located in Buffalo NY. The service agreement is intended to assist the VA Upstate Western New York Healthcare System in-house service engineer trained by GE Healthcare in the repair and maintenance of the GE PET/CT Scanner. To include backup labor support to the IH SE's first call response on corrective maintenance service, along with all replacement parts required for corrective or planned maintenance service, remote service diagnosis and repair, phone clinical applications support, software updates and upgrades. This agreement includes system and tube coverage for 1000 - 2000 patients per year. The NAICS Code is 811219. The expected cost range for this firm fixed price contract to include four option years is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by VISN 2. This is not a solicitation.
