Limited Source Justification This notice is being posted in compliance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(2), within 14 days after placing an order exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold supported by a limited-source justification. On January 21, 2015, The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases issued a BPA call (HHSN27200024) to NetComm, Inc. under NIH BPA HHSN263999900562B against NetComm's GSA Contract Number GS35F0564P. The period of performance for the order is one year. This order was issued under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized. Limited Source Justification is provided as an attachment.
