- THIS IS COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR JANITORIAL SERVICES ON THE DIXIE NATIONAL FOREST, COLOR COUNTRY INTERAGENCY FIRE CENTER. RFQ NUMBER: AG-84N8-S-15-0009 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes/offerors are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The USDA Forest Service /Utah Acquisition Support Center in Salt Lake City, Utah is soliciting quotes/offerors for the following requirement: JANITORIAL SERVICES AS PER SPECIFICATIONS ON THE DIXIE NATIONAL FOREST COLOR COUNTRY INTERAGENCY FIRE CENTER Bids are due on February 5, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. (local time) The Synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-22 and 2001-23. The following FAR provisions apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors Commercial items, and 52.212-2, Evaluation of Commercial Items, applies to the acquisition. Offerors shall include a completed copy of FAR provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, and furnish Offeror's Federal Tax Identification Number, DUNS Number. FAR Clauses 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required Implementing Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items apply to this acquisition. ALL CONTRACTORS MUST BE REGISTERED IN THE SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT LOCATED AT www.sam.gov.
