- This solicitation is being issued for the AEM Supplement in the Atlantic, European, and Mediterranean regions and Thule, Greenland region. The ordering period is the date of award through June 30, 2016. The delivery period is date of award through June 30, 2016, plus a 30 day carry-over period. The 30-day carryover period allows for delivery orders to be placed prior to the end of the ordering period. The method of delivery may be by tanker, barge, truck and pipeline. The following product will be procured: Fuel, Naval Distillate (F76), NSN: 9140-00-273-2377, total estimated quantity of 114,000,000 US gallons (USG). Fuel, Naval Distillate (F76) NSN: 9140-00-273-2377, Specification Military specification MIL-DTL-16884N applies, Purchase Program 1.1b. Note: All batches of F-76 that are presented for Government acceptance at origin and for shipment through a multiproduct pipeline shall meet a minimum flash point requirement of 62.5 degrees Celsius.
