- This notice is being created in order to modify the firm term of the above referenced lease and to add an unevaluated 5 year renewal option to the lease. GSA awarded a lease on 4/16/2014 for a 5 year, 3 year firm term. The Government is seeking to extend the firm term of this lease from 3 years to 5 years and also to add an unevaluated 5 year renewal option to the lease.
