- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional institute Fort Dix,NJ, intends to issue solicitation RFQP020215000021for the requirement of FY 15, 2ND QUARTER GROCER. *Please note National Menu Specification Quote Sheet for All ITEMS that list sheet as a reference. For ALL OTHER ITEMS use the description of the items listed on the solicitation. This is 100% small business set aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 424410 which contain a size standard of number of employees not to exceed 100 employees. Offers will be FOB destination with delivery between JANUARY 10, 2015 thru MARCH 30, 2015. Anything shipped prior or after will be returned at vendor's expense. Food Service Administrator must be contacted prior to delivery for approval or adjustments in delivery schedule. Deliveries will be made to the MDC BROOKLYN 80 29TH STREET BROOKLYN, NY 11232 in accordance with the delivery schedule contained in the solicitation. The contract type will be a firm and fixed price. The Government will award to the responsible offeror's) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Past Performance and Price will be considered. The solicitation is made available on 11/26/2014 and will be posted to the General Services Opportunities website 1. www.fbo.gov. Hard copies of this solicitation will not be made available. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments will also be distributed solely through this site.
