- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition Edison, NJ The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) intends to award a renewal option under an existing lease using other than full and open competition, at 343 Thornall Street in Edison, NJ. The option will be for 19,676 rentable square feet of fully serviced space, net electric, for a term of up to five years, with the right to terminate. There is a continuing need for space while the OCC accommodates its staffing needs. It has been determined that a five year lease extension will result in less cost to the Federal Government when the economics of moving, telecommunications, security, and duplication of tenant improvements are taken into consideration. Firms who are interested in commenting regarding the Government's intention to award this lease option under Other Than Full and Open Competition or in obtaining additional information regarding the above procurement should provide their written comments to Amy Fuller at Amy.Fuller@occ.treas.gov or to her attention at The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Real Estate Services, 400 Seventh Street, SW, Washington, DC 20219. Any written comments are to be received by November 30, 2014.
