- SF 1449 - RFQ HSSS01-15-Q-0011 Attachment 1 Provisions and Clauses HSSS01-15-Q-0011 This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Cellebrite Equipment This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for Cellebrite UFED Touch Ultimate Kits in accordance with the attached SF1449, Provisions and Clauses and list of supported devices on Attachment 1. This is a total small business set aside for NAICs Code 334220, Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing. The SB size standard for this code is 750 employees. The contract will cover the following: (52) Cellebrite UFED Touch Ultimate Kits, to include CelleBrite Logical and Physical, software licenses and 1 year software maintenance. The anticipated award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. All quotes shall be submitted to siobhan.mullen@usss.dhs.gov no later than December 10, 2014, 8:00 AM EST. All questions shall be submitted to siobhan.mullen@usss.dhs.gov no later than December 3, 2014 at 8:00 AM EST. Per the attached documents, quotes shall contain: •· pricing for 52 UFED Touch Ultimate Kits (with 1 year of SMS) and shipping within 30 days of award. •· completion of provisions, •· Business Size (small) •· DUNS (must be registered in System of Award Management (SAM) at time of submission of quote) •· TIN (Taxpayer Identification Number) •· POC full name •· POC email •· POC phone number •· Warranty information •· - if reselling, must be authorized reseller and must include authorization for reselling of listed Cellebrite equipment •· (2) Current and Past Performance References
