- ACC-RSA Contracting Center intends to issue on a sole-source basis a firm fixed priced purchase order to purchase A National Instruments (NI) PXI System. National Instruments hardware allows for project infrastructure (simulation/stimulation) communication over Operational signals necessary to operate system software. Additional National Instruments products and licensed software is already utilized within the infrastructure and custom software code base. Therefore, utilizing this additional NI equipment would allow for complete custom code reuse and require no re-architecting of the infrastructure. A re-write of the custom code and re-architecting of the existing infrastructure would incur significant schedule and cost impacts. Please reply no later than 1200 EST, 1 December 2014 to Kathy A.
