- All Interested Parties: The Federal Medical Center (FMC) Lexington, KY is soliciting quotations under Request for Quote (RFQ) P01091500004 for Subsistence requirements second quarter FY 2015. Please read the RFQ carefully and include all information requested in your quote. Award date will be approximately December 12, 2014, with offers due by December 8, 2014 2:00 PM EST. Contract performance/delivery schedule will be from January 1, 2015 through March 31, 2015, with all deliveries being accepted on or before January 14, 2015. This solicitation is 100% set aside for women owned small businesses FOB Destination. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror (s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be the best overall value to the Government, in regards to price, delivery and past performance. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/bids equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All awards are subject to the availability of funds per FAR 52.232-18 as prescribed in FAR 32.705-1. The solicitation will be made available on or before November 14, 2014, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The site provides downloading instructions. All vendors must be registered with the System For Award Management (SAM) @ www.sam.gov or there offer will be disqualified. The Government reserves the right to decide how payment will be made using either Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Government Purchase Card. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to insure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. All communications regarding this RFQ may be made in writing to Jason Morgan, Contract Specialist, via telephone at (859) 255-6812 ext. 5136, or via email to jcmorgan@bop.gov Please read the instructions that are incorporated by reference in FAR provision 52.212-1, "Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items", and the addendum to the provision. Delivery schedules will be strictly enforced, failure to deliver within the established time frame will result in a cancellation of the contract. All items will be closely inspected.
