- MAST AND RIG THE HISTORIC THREE-MASTED LUMBER SCHOONER C. A. THAYER and ROUTINE DRY-DOCKING AND MAINTENANCE. Solicitation P14PS01165. Contract award is base price minus CLIN 2.1.1 (6x7 galvanized wire rope) - solicitation included two galvanized wire ropes from which the Government would choose, which were 6x7 and 6x19. However, only one is required. The Government chose the 6x19. All option items are being awarded with the exception of CLIN 6.2 (Disassemble, Catalog & Restoration Plan of Windlass).
