- BPA Labor Rate Table BASE BPA SOW_DRAFT Attachment 2-DHS Acquisition Management Directive No. 102-01 DRAFT PM & M&S SOW DHS Directive 026-06 Labor Category Description DHS Subcontracting Plan Checklist Acquisition System Pricing Matrix Request for Clarification Q&A Sheet DRAFT CBT SOW OSC and OA T&E Policy Amendment No. 01 is issued to provide potential Quoters an early DRAFT of the Operational Test and Evaluation Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Solicitation (SOW, Clauses, Evaluation Factors and Attachments) and provide two (2) supporting BPA Orders. This amendment is issued to help industry better understand the planned scope of the OT&E BPA and BPA Orders, and to accept industry's feedback, comments, and questions regarding any section of the OT&E BPA and supporting BPA Orders. The TSA intends to solicit all contractors under GSA Schedule 871 and award a single-source BPA for this requirement. The Contractor's feedback, comments, and questions are not limited to any specific section/part of the solicitation or the BPA Orders. Industry comments should be provided to the Contract Specialist, Janelle Shuster by email at OperationalTesting@tsa.dhs.gov no later than 10:00 AM EST on December 05, 2014, utilizing the attached contractor response sheet. There is no solicitation document presently available. The Government will not return or pay for information provided in response to this announcement. No basis for a claim against the Government shall arise as a result from a response to this notice or Government use of any information provided. The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice - Request for Information (RFI) in to improve TSA's understanding of market capabilities and identify qualified small business vendors that are capable of providing Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) support services to TSA Office of Security Capabilities (OSC) Test and Evaluation (T&E) Branch.
