- This solicitation is for the procurement of CHAMOIS LEATHER, SHEEPSKIN (OIL TANNED) National Stock Numbers (NSNs) 8330-00-255-8282; 8330-00-257-2494 & 8330-00-262-3644, under a 5-year Standing Quote Agreement (SQA) not to exceed $150,000. Please see the attached solicitation for a complete description of the NSNs and quoting instructions. Offerors MUST meet the conditions of the solicitation and the item MUST meet the specifications included in the Item Purchase Descriptions (IPDs). This award will serve as a Standing Quote Agreement (SQA). This procurement is NOT set-a side for small business.
