- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled PARTNERSHIP OPPORTUNITY DOCUMENT FOR NASA GODDARD SPACE FLIGHT CENTER EARTHVENTURE FULL ORBIT MISSION OPPORTUNITY which was posted on November 10, 2014. You are notified that the following changes are made: clarification of applicable NAICS codes. NAICS Code 541 -- Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services/541712 -- Research and Development in the Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences (except Biotechnology) is applicable to the instrument and the 1000 employee exception is applicable. NAICS Code 336 -- Transportation Equipment Manufacturing/336414 -- Guided Missile and Space Vehicle Manufacturing is applicable to the payload. The due date for responses is not extended. Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
