- Industry Update: The purpose of this update is to notify industry that the PELSS2 RFQ (Solicitation No. HSTS04-15-Q-CT8500) has been released via GSA Advantage E-Buy under the Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) Professional Engineering Services (PES) Schedule 871, Special Item Numbers (SINs) 1 through 6. Eligibility to compete for the anticipated BPA and initial BPA Order awards is limited to those small businesses who hold one of the required Special Item Numbers (SINs 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6) under GSA PES schedule 871.
