- ****ATTENTION****FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO Cheryl L. Hickman (256) 842-6000_ and _Felicia Dortch (256) 876-4964_. You may email your request to cheryl.l.hickman4.civ@mail.mil and felicia.r.dortch.civ@mail.mil. NO TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED. The US Army Contracting Command -Redstone has a sole source requirement to procure support for Counter-Rocket, Artillery, Mortar (C-RAM) Air and Missile Defense Planning and Control Systems (AMDPCS) Tactical Support (ATS). The contractor shall provide tactical support including field level engineering, field level technical, reset, logistical and training support, and technical manuals in both CONUS and OCONUS locations. The period of performance is two (2) months. Pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1. Northrop Grumman Space and Mission Systems Corporation, 2340 Dulles Corner Blvd, Herndon, VA 20171-3414 (CAGE Code: 1V4X9). Any responsible source may submit a proposal which shall be given due consideration by the agency. Number note 22 is revised as follows: The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within fifteen days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
