- This RFI/SSA is being amended to provide the revised drafts Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the basic Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) and Task Order 0001 for Airborne Reconnaissance Low-Enhanced (ARL-E) to industry for revisions/comments. In addition, industry is hereby requested to complete the attached Market Survey. This is a Sources Sought Synopsis. This is a Sources Sought (SS)/Request for Information (RFI). Market survey is for information to be used for preliminary planning purposes in accordance with FAR Part 10, Market Research. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this synopsis. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. The type of solicitation to issue will depend upon the responses to this synopsis. No reimbursement will be made for any cost associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow up information requests. Previous released Request for Information: W15P7T-13-R-C131 Interested Offerors shall respond to this Sources Sought Synopsis no later than 1200 EST (APG, MD) on Wednesday, 03 December 2014. In addition, any questions, comments and feedback shall ONLY be on the work scope listed within this Source Sought Announcement/RFI. All interested contractors must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award of Government contracts.
