- The NM Army National Guard, Santa Fe, NM, Has a requirement for PRI-DID Telecommunication infrastructure. The period of performance is for one year, and must begin 4 February 2015 through 3 February 2016 to avoid disruption of services. The acquisition is reserved for small business concerns. In the event of insufficient participation from small business concerns; a participating large business concern may be considered. The solicitation will be made available December 2, 2014, on the Army Single Face Industry (ASFI). All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal on this solicitation must be registered in the System Award Management (SAM)database, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004. Lack of registration in SAM will make an offeror ineligible for award. The website for SAM is www.sam.gov All offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation from ASFI and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the solicitation. The offeror must register or be registered on Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) invoicing system at website www.wawf.eb.mil
